Set in the tranquil surroundings of the Yorkshire Dales and within easy reach of the Lake District, Brentwood Farm Cottages offer a cosy retreat from the stresses of everyday life. Brentwood Farm is a working, family run dairy farm offering excellent accommodation in the newly converted barn buildings.
Accommodation is to a high standard with double glazing and full central heating and natural water supplied by its own borehole.

The Sycamores and Beeches are beautifully equipped cottages each incorporating a comfortable sitting room with a colour TV and a fully fitted kitchen providing an electric cooker, washer / drier, fridge, freezer, and microwave. Both cottages sleep four or five people in two bedrooms with en-suite facilities and bed linen and towels included.
Sycamores has achieved Disabled status and is specifically designed for disabled use with wheelchair access to the ground floor, kitchen, sitting room, and twin bedroom with its own disabled shower room and WC. It has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, with many opportunities for painting and photography.

Situated a quarter of a mile away from the main farm buildings each cottage has parking for two vehicles, with a designated parking space for disabled users.

A variety of interesting walks are available to local beauty spots and the area is known for old pottery works, the remains of which can be found on the farm. Burton in Lonsdale is near to Ingleton with its show caves and wonderful waterfalls.
Fishing is available by prior arrangement on the river Greta.
For the more adventurous there is the challenge of the Three Peaks hill walk of Ingleborough, Whernside and Penyghent.
Bicycle hire and golf is available locally.

All this activity / relaxation can work up an appetite and if you don't fancy cooking yourself there are many eating establishments and small shops in Ingleton and Kirkbylonsdale. Not far from the cottages is our local village which has a pub serving food, two village shops, one of which is the post office, and of course the village church and chapel.
